Dear Students,
In conjunction with Total Defence Day, POSB is organising an inter-school “My Turn To Save” Contest 2012 from 15 February to 13 April 2012.
All you need to do is build an iconic Singapore symbol you want to protect using recycled materials (plastics bottles, old boxes, drink cans, etc), and you could win S$1,000 POPULAR Book Vouchers for your school! There are 2 categories for Primary and Secondary schools.
Kindly approach teachers on your own, if you are keen to take part in this competition.
Hurry, email us at POSBkids@dbs.com to register by 23 March 2012 with the following details:
Name of school
Address of school
Details of teacher-in-charge (name, email and contact number)
A short story (in 50 words or less) on the Symbol the contestants will be building and how they use the recycled materials
Early Bird Sign Up: First 5 schools in both categories will receive S$500 cash.
